Forms data feed

EPiServer.Forms.Core.Feed.Internal.IFeed.LoadItems is currently only being used in SelectionElementBlockBase. Should be possible to pass the element/fields itself to that method.

The items is most likely related to external systems and therefore an external field mapping. Would be nice to have the mapping configuration in LoadItems to be able to fetch item for that specific external field.
