Payment gateway Payeezy will sunset. A solution is required. We have orders that are submitted and not yet shipped so there is no settlement that has occurred.
In Cybersource payment gateway a cancellation of the credit card authorization (Note yet settled) is required, before shipment. The Current Optimizely Gateway does not include any code to submit the required Full Authorization Reversal.
Response from the payment gateway is:
246 DNOTVOIDABLE Decline. The capture or credit cannot be voided because it was already submitted to your processor. Or, you requested a void for a type of transaction that cannot be voided.
